Valerie Davenport focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation. Valerie has represented clients in front of various regulatory organizations and federal agencies, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, various U.S. Attorneys’ Offices, and FINRA. She has represented clients in federal court, state court, and arbitration proceedings. She has also briefed and argued before the Seventh Circuit.

Prior to joining the firm, Valerie practiced in the white collar defense and financial markets litigation groups at the multinational law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
